Our family is very blessed to be a part of a wonderful one-day enrichment center called CASA Vida (Community Assisted Schooling Alternatives.) The kids attend there on Thursdays to get instruction in computers, art, music, p.e., science, and Spanish. This is Jared's 6th year (he is in 5th grade) and Gracie's 3rd year (she's in 2nd.) Both kids love it! I've been especially pleased with the art and music classes and the sense of community the kids are getting. I believe there are also 8 or 9 families from our Veritas support group that attend CASA Vida too. Paul takes the kids to a bagel breakfast beforehand and drops them off for me ~ they all love the special time together. It's been a wonderful part of our weekly activities.
