Happy Valentine's Day ~ 5 Minute Chocolate Cake!

No, we did not make this for Valentine's Day today, but Valentine's always gets me thinking about chocolate cake, so I figured this was a good time to post! :-) A few weeks ago, Jared was able to go to Grammie and Poppie's house with his Aunt Sarah and cousins, Michael and Jonathan, but poor, sick little Gracie had to stay home. (She had been ill the previous week and started back up with a fever that same day.) So Grammie sent Gracie home a little "project:" a big mug, chocolate chips, and a recipe for 5 Minute Chocolate Cake, which she worked on (with much joy) the next day.

Gracie did everything! She did a great job and only needed help scraping the excess ingredients off the measuring spoons. (Of course, Jack wanted to help too.)
